Our mugs are made using high-quality sublimation ink that is printed on the mug permanently, there will be no fading or peeling over time. Exchanges cannot be made on personalized or custom orders. If the buyer has made a mistake, I regret that I cannot refund or exchange a product, however, I will offer a discounted replacement. Exchanges can be made on all other items. It will be exchanged for an item of equal value. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (both ways) and a 20% restocking fee. In order to exchange an item, you must contact me within 72 hours from the time of delivery, and the item must be returned in new condition. The exchange must be postmarked within 7 days from when the return is discussed. If an item is damaged when shipping it back to me, the buyer is responsible for the item if it is not insured. I recommend shipping it back in its original packaging if possible, or ensuring it is packaged safely. If a mistake was made on behalf of the seller, it will be taken care of in full by Cedar Hill Designs.
